Common questions
Can I stamp and sign the same document?
Yes. Choose both services in the Services step. The workspace keeps them together and shows which step comes next.
Does my client need to learn this app?
The proposed client experience is a short invitation and a guided signing page. They would not need the practice dashboard.
Can I change a detail before finishing?
Yes. Use Back while preparing a document, or Change on the review screen. Nothing is sent while you fill in the form.
What happens if I leave halfway through?
Your preparation details remain available in this browser session. Use Start a document to continue. This UI preview stores demo changes in memory; restarting the service clears them.
Can I upload my own document?
Yes, a PDF up to 5 MB. It appears in the document viewer after you create the demo document. It is retained only in this preview session and is not sent to a provider.
